Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States and also offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this email as proof of purchase.
  • Delivery Instructions: We are happy to accommodate delivery instructions provided with your order. However, if you request that a package be left unattended at the delivery location, the responsibility for the package rests with you.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after our cut-off time of 11:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Options (USA)

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.
  • Orders Under $100: Shipping fees are calculated based on UPS Ground rates.
  • Standard Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday).

International Shipping

For international orders, the following terms apply:

  • Shipping Fees: Rates vary depending on the courier service used.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Standard Transit Time: Delivery may take 4-15 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the destination.

Currency Used

  • United States Orders: All transactions are processed in USD.
  • International Orders: Currency is automatically converted to your local currency based on your location.

Delivery Issues

We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. In the event of an issue:

  • Damaged Items: Notify our customer service team within 4 days of receipt. Please retain the damaged item until instructed otherwise. If a return is required, we will cover the postage costs.
  • Incorrect Items: Do not open the packaging of any incorrect items received. Please contact our support team for assistance. We will cover the cost of returning the item in its original packaging.
